Fluff to Buff Bootcamp

Are you someone who is just starting out on their fitness journey? Someone wants to lose fat and tone up but may not be ready for the intensity of our other program styles?

Fluff to Buff Fitness Bootcamp is a new visit on an old standby. Our bootcamp is a results driven, bodyweight bootcamp designed to burn fat, increase your metabolism and build lean healthy bodies.

Unlike other fitness bootcamps, there is not a military approach to fitness here! There is no screaming, no yelling in your face and no belittling of our members. At the Fluff to Buff bootcamp, we encourage through positive reenforcement and fun!

Our bootcamp program is based on bodyweight movements like pushups, situps, pullups, and conditioning movements like mountain climbers and burpees. There is no heavy lifting, just sweat in this program!

Whatever your goals, the Fluff to Buff Bootcamp will jump start your fitness and move you in the right direction towards a healthy life!
