I know who you are. You're the high school athlete looking to get a scholarship but you're not big enough, strong enough or fast enough. Or maybe you're looking to get off the bench and be a varsity starter.  You're the man or woman looking to break into MMA but don't have the conditioning. You're the high school man or woman looking to serve your country but aren't quite physically ready for boot camp.


Whoever you are, Hybrid Strength Training is not for people whose only goals are to shed a few pounds or look better in the mirror.  Although your entire physique will change on this program, if your main focus is better beach muscle, this is NOT the program for you!

All those who apply for acceptance into the Hybrid Strength Training program will not be admitted. This program is only for those SERIOUS about wanting to be better. Those accepted into the program will learn to train in an intense environment. There is no room for whining and complaining. You're here to do work!


Hybrid Strength Training is a no nonsense program aimed towards serious general physical preparedness and athletic dominance for serious athletes.

It is not just a training program though…

Members of  the Hybrid Nation will learn to eat for performance, form bonds of friendship through blood, sweat, and tears, and learn to walk the walk, not just talk the talk.

Occasionally we will be taking your training outside the gym and you will compete in events both structured and unstructured to build strength, character, humility. 

 Hybrid Strength Training is a committment

Hybrid Prices:
5 Sessions x Week: $80x Month
3 Sessions x Week: $60x Month
2 Sessions x Week: $50 x Month


Hybrid Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday- 7 am, 8 am, 3 pm (high school only)
Tuesday, Thursday- 8 am, 11 am, noon, 5 pm, 6 pm

Other Sessions Can Be Made Available If Needed, But A Minimum 5 Members Must Commit To That Time Slot.
